Record Description
Cologne Cathedral, a Gothic cathedral whose construction spanned from 1248 to 1880, has the largest facade of any church on Earth, with twin spires that briefly made it the tallest structure in the world upon completion. It remains one of Germany's most-visited landmarks and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
