World's Largest Archipelagic Country

Indonesia is made up of more than 17,000 islands stretching across the Indian and Pacific Oceans, making it the largest archipelago-based country on Earth by island count and one of the largest by combined coastline. Only about 6,000 of its islands are permanently inhabited.
