World's Largest Eagle by Length

The Philippine eagle, found only in the country's forests, measures up to about 102 centimeters in length with a wingspan approaching 2.2 meters, giving it the greatest body length and wing surface area of any living eagle species. Critically endangered, it is the Philippines' national bird and a symbol of its remaining old-growth forests.
