World's largest shopping mall by floor area

Iran Mall in northwest Tehran opened in May 2018 with a total floor area of about 1.95 million square meters spread across seven levels and more than 2,500 stores. Its scale has led it to be described as the largest shopping mall in the world by total built area. The complex sits beside Chitgar Lake and continues to expand in later phases.
