Record Description

The podium of the Temple of Jupiter at Baalbek incorporates three of the largest stone blocks ever used in construction, known as the Trilithon, each weighing roughly 800 tons. A nearby unfinished block, the "Stone of the Pregnant Woman," is even larger.
