Founded in 1999, the Grenada Chocolate Company was the first small-scale "tree-to-bar" organic chocolate manufacturer in the Caribbean, growing, fermenting and processing cacao entirely on the island. Its success helped spark a renewed fine-flavor cacao industry in Grenada.
